VCHS Community Health & Food Sustainability class volunteers at Edwards Community Gardens (pictured below). Teachers, Sarah Hochtl and Chelsea Miller of Rustic Farm to Fork help bring All The Good Stuff to VCHS.
This farmer's market delivery service provides produce and selections from
local farmers and producers. VCHS will be the local pick up location this summer.
See Announcements below for more information.
Looking for an easy and reliable way to get all your farmer's market goods without making weekly trips to the market? We know that eating FRESH and supporting LOCAL is important to you, but between work, summer activities, and weekend adventures, finding the time to go to the farmer's market every weekend can be a challenge... UNTIL NOW!

All The Good Stuff is a farmer's market delivery service based right here in Eagle County, and they are here to help YOU get all your favorite local goods even when you can't make it to the market. We are excited to announce that VCHS will be serving as this year's ATGS CSA pick-up location!

What exactly is a "CSA" ?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. In other words, it's a farm-box subscription program and a really cool way to support your local farmers and producers and know where your food is coming from!

Hunter Gilbert just returned from his mission trip in Mexico. Here is what he had to say about the experience: "We were in Rosarito Mexico in the state of Tijuana with Hope sports. Hope spors is under the Christian organization of YWAM (Youth With A Mission). We built a furnished house with two bedrooms and a living room for a family of 7 in two days. We were able to set this multi generational family ahead 10 years and will help propel this family out of extreme poverty."
"This tip has made me realize how blessed we are to live in the Vail Valley and how much opportunity we have just because we live in America. This trip has also taught me to be grateful for what I have because many of these Mexican families live without insulation for their home or a stable foundation for a home. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to help affect a family's life in this way!"
