CALLED CHURCH CONFERENCE

Sunday, June 9, 2024 | 12:15 PM

There will be a called church conference on Sunday, June 9, 2024 after the 11 AM service in the Sanctuary. 

All are invited but only professing members of Saint Mark present at the meeting will be able to vote. 

The sole purpose of the meeting is to vote to approve Luke Murphy and Michelle Levan to start the candidacy process.

Celebrate the Ministry of Justin Bowen

Justin's last Sunday with us will be this Sunday, June 2, 2024. Please join us after the 11 AM service for a small reception as we celebrate the ministry of Justin Bowen.

Have you ever wondered about all those unusual stories and strange dramatis personae that you tend to find in the Old Testament? The characters and the plot lines could provide Hollywood with ideas for films - as they in fact did in the early decades of tinsel-town. Well, the pastoral staff has decided to spend a bit of time exploring some of odder stories in the Old Testament, beginning in June. You won't want to miss sermon titles like these: "The Prostitute's Ultimatum," "The Lions Had a Roommate," & "Balaam and the Talking Ass!" 

VBS Supplies Needed

With VBS just over a week away, there are a couple small items that we need to see if we can borrow from the congregation. If we can borrow their items, they will be returned either the Friday after VBS or the following Sunday at the latest.

When we partner with Atlanta Habitat, we join them as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization by building quality, affordable homes alongside the homeowners themselves creating opportunities for families to thrive beyond the build and well into the future.
