Disney Fantasy makes inaugural call to Saint Lucia

Disney Fantasy, owned and operated by Disney Cruise Line, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, made her inaugural call to Port Castries on Monday, July 29th marking the 20th inaugural call of the 2023/ 2024 cruise tourism season.


Representatives of the SLTA, SLHTA, Global Port Holdings, Foster and Ince, the Ministry of Tourism, SLASPA and other agencies were on hand to welcome the vessel.

Become a Monitor for the Saint Lucia Home Composting Program

The Saint Lucia Solid Waste Management Authority is seeking volunteer monitors to assist with the implementation of the new Recycle Organics Home Composting Program in Saint Lucia!


Volunteer guides (monitors) will assist the Program in ensuring the success of this exciting home composting initiative.


Responsibilities include:


 -Assisting in promoting the program


 -Supporting community-based training sessions


 -Conducting follow-ups to provide assistance to individuals who have received composting equipment
