After-school Clubs, Performing Arts, and Sports Sign-ups

Fall after-school activity sign-ups opened this week! Don’t forget to register your child for sports, performing arts, and clubs. Linked below is the email Ms. McCabe sent out with all the details.

Important Dates:

• Choir begins Wednesday, 9/11
• Cross Country (XC) begins Wednesday, 9/11
• Field Hockey (FH) begins Monday, 9/16
• XC and FH registrations close on 9/13 to ensure jersey orders can be placed on time
• Fall clubs begin the week of 9/23

Winter Sports Survey Request

We kindly ask parents of students in grades 3-8 and 4-8 to complete the basketball and hockey surveys linked below. These brief surveys are designed to help us better prepare for the upcoming winter season. While these surveys are not official registrations, your input would be greatly appreciated. Please complete the surveys by Friday, 9/13. Thank you for your cooperation!

Parking Notice

Please adhere to all posted signs and obey the Town of Needham parking rules. Do not park in the Needham Public Schools Administration Building parking lot, as it is soon to be opened and used for official Needham Public Schools use; they have informed us that they will ticket or tow SJS families who park there. Additionally, please avoid parking in, driving through, or using the two parking lots of the Stephen Palmer Apartment Building as an active drop-off or pick-up area. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety and accessibility of these areas.

Lunch & Recess Volunteers

Check the sign-ups for Lunch & Recess Volunteering using the buttons below.

All volunteers must undergo a CORI check by submitting a completed CORI Request Form to Mrs. Kim O'Brien. Additionally, parents wishing to volunteer or chaperone with direct student contact must complete the VIRTUS Protecting God's Children training. Check for local classes at our parish or neighboring parishes at VIRTUS Online. Please submit your VIRTUS certificate to the office and keep a copy for your records.
