Book Fair: Volunteers Needed

We are delighted to bring the Book Fair back to Saint Joe’s! This year, the fair will run from Tuesday, May 28 to Friday, May 31. Please consider volunteering to help. It takes many hands to help our book fair run smoothly! Your help is greatly appreciated!

Request for Donations of Used Books

Please consider donating used children’s books for our “Gently Used Book Table” at the upcoming book fair from May 28-31. Tables will be placed in the back of the gym for used books in good condition. All proceeds for these donations will go directly to our school library. You may drop books off at the main office or the library. Please drop your donations between May 20-24. Thank you for supporting our library!

Please join us for a casual reception to chat about what it means to be involved in PSA next year at Saint Joe’s! We will be discussing our new and exciting committee-based planning board and meeting style.

Aftercare Registration

Aftercare Registration for 2024-2025 academic year is NOW OPEN. If you are a new or returning family, please complete the linked form to reserve your child's spot. There is a $100 deposit per child to reserve your spot and that will be charged to your FACTS account. To submit your form, or if you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kim O'Brien at kobrien@sjs-needham.org.

Needham Residents: Bus Registration

All Needham resident students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 (Grade 8 at SJS) may register to ride the school bus, including students of Saint Joseph School. Registration is first-come-first-serve. Information for registering can be found at the link below. Please read the directions carefully as there is important information regarding payment processing.

Field Day

Join us on Monday, June 10th (rain date: Tues. 6/11) for our annual Field Day! Our PreSchool and PreK students will enjoy a variety of games in the ECB play yard, while students from Kindergarten through Grade 5 will have their activities at Greene’s Field. Our Grade 6-7 students will experience an exciting off-campus Field Day. We will provide a special Field Day lunch for all students from preschool to grade 7, which will be followed by our much-anticipated annual Water Brigade! Additionally, each student will receive an Annual Field Day t-shirt.

We need parent volunteers to help run the field games! If you can assist, please sign up using the link below. Your involvement is crucial to making this day a success, and it’s a wonderful way to be part of the fun and create lasting memories with our students.

Step right up and mark your calendars for a spectacular End of Year Carnival! Join us on Wednesday, June 12th, from 3-5pm for an extravaganza filled with carnival games, adorable farm animals, dazzling airbrush tattoos, and so much more!
