Faculty Updates
We are thrilled to announce the continued dedication of our faculty and staff for the 2024-2025 school year! Despite a few transitions to retirement or part-time roles, our team has shown an incredible commitment to Saint Joe's. We are fortunate to have so many long-serving members who are deeply devoted to our community and students.
That said, we do have one retirement and two departures to share with you. Mrs. Vaughan’s departure was previously announced, but we wanted to ensure everyone is aware of her upcoming retirement.
Mrs. Carie Vaughan has decided to fully retire at the end of this school year. Many of you
may know Mrs. Vaughan moved into a teaching assistant role in PreSchool after serving as a
teacher for many years. Carie has been a part of our preschool and early childhood team since
the early years of the program and has helped to make this program a welcoming and loving
space. We wish her the best in her next adventure and hope to see her on campus next year as an
occasional substitute teacher!
Mrs. Robin Harris - After much consideration, Mrs. Harris will be relocating at the end of the
school year to move closer to her family. After many years as a member of our faculty and a
former parent, Mrs. Harris is sad to leave SJS but open to her next adventure. We are grateful
for the time we had with Mrs. Harris. Her legacy, through the artwork of her students, will be
maintained in our hallways for many years to come.
Mrs. Bridgid Coyle - After more than a decade of service to the Middle School at Saint Joe’s,
Mrs. Coyle has made the decision to seek new opportunities at the end of this school year. Most
recently, Mrs. Coyle helped lead our annual National History Day effort and reinvigorated our
Study Skills program. She is also the current steward of the Middle School Nativity and Stations
of the Cross. We are grateful for her service over the years and wish Mrs. Coyle the best of luck
in her next adventure.
