Volunteers Needed for Family Fun Fishing Day (May 6th)


The 8th Annual Family Fun Fishing Day is coming quickly! This is a FREE fun-filled day of fishing, family, and friends for all ages and abilities. No fishing experience is necessary!


We are seeking volunteers to help with various roles such as: setup, breakdown, and manning tables and fishing stations. View all available roles here.

Seeds of Hope Successes Noted in the Media


The 60-bed Seeds of Hope Temporary Winter Shelter has garnered positive attention in the past week for notable successes in connecting guests to housing, medical and behavioral health services, and other needed supports since it opened on December 19, 2022.

Honoring Black History Month: Reforming the Racial Justice System Speaker Panel, February 14, 2023


Over 80 people joined our February 14th virtual event to learn about racial injustice in the criminal legal system and the work being done to change it.


Thank you to all of our speakers for sharing your knowledge and lived experiences: Shira Diner, Shayla Mombeleur, Sashi James (Families for Justice as Healing), Mallory Hanora (Families for Justice as Healing), Janasia Williams-Thompson (Sisters Unchained), Patty DeJuneas, Sean Ellis, & William Allen. 


This virtual event was in honor of Black History Month in collaboration with Central Community Health Partnership, Venture Community Services, and Steward Health Care Network. Watch the panel recording by clicking the video below.

ValleyCAST 10th Annual Art Pallette Contest - Cast your votes!


A community favorite, this exhibit features artwork created by artists of all ages and abilities! Come see the creativity as ordinary wooden art palettes have been transformed into beautiful works of art.


Until April 7th, gallery guests will be invited to vote for their favorite palettes. Winners will receive cash awards in three different categories and age groups.


Cast your vote at the Spaulding R. Aldrich Heritage Gallery in Whitinsville, MA.
