It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of Libby Bender, mother of Lew Bender. Libby passed away yesterday evening.
The funeral will be held at 11am on Sunday, June 9th, at 235 Main St North, Southbury, CT 06488. The burial service will follow immediately after and will take place at 25 Alling St, Hamden, CT 06517.
The Bender family will be sitting shiva at their home (43 Ledgewood Road, Redding) on Sunday, June 9th, and Monday, June 10th. On Sunday evening, shiva will begin with a service at 5pm. On Monday evening, shiva will begin at 6pm, and the service will start at 7pm.
