With much sadness, I am writing to let you know of the passing of Dr. Elizabeth Barrett. Elizabeth served on the Board of AIMI for over two decades, and was herself a graduate of the Institute. Not only a gifted clinician, she was a highly respected researcher who redefined the idea of true power, not as a tool of control but as source of individual freedom.
She touched the lives of many people with her grace, love, and laughter.
