One of the visual aspects that distinguishes a private school from a public school is the uniformity and neatness of students’ attire. Students must be dressed appropriately at all times, including when traveling and/or representing Glades Day School for any school-related activity.
Students who arrive at school dressed in a manner that is not compliant with the dress code will be asked to address the issue. If the issue is not able to be addressed in such a manner (bottoms too short, inappropriate out-of-uniform wear, etc.), a parent/guardian will be called and requested to bring in replacement items. Students will be issued demerits for a dress-code violation. The school Administration will decide whether a student’s attire is suitable and reserves the right to send a student home to change.
Uniforms must be purchased and embroidered with the approved Glades Day School logo only by one of the providers listed below.
