MILLER FERRY


Miller Ferry operates the only passenger/vehicle ferries to the Lake Erie Islands of Put-in-Bay (South Bass Island) & Middle Bass Island. All ferries depart from the tip of Catawba (end of SR 53). They offer five free parking areas, group discounts, free passage for pets, convenient motorcycle and bicycle transportation, and ADA accessibility.


Miller Ferry to Put-in-Bay is a picturesque, relaxing ride lasting less than 20 minutes. They offer the lowest fares (Put-in-Bay one way adult: $9, child 6-11 yrs: $1.50, 5 yrs. and under free) and the most frequent trips, with ferries every half hour in the summer.


Miller Ferry to Middle Bass Island offers a scenic 40 minute ferry ride. Vehicle reservations are required and taken up to two weeks in advance by calling 800.500.2421. No reservations are necessary for passengers.
