Road Trip! Buckle up, grab your Covered Bridge Trail Pass, and head out on the self-driving Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Trail. Visit 19 covered bridges while making your way across the Covered Bridge Capital of Ohio. Earn FREE prizes along the way with your pass. 5 check-ins earn you a sticker or a pin, 10 check-ins earns you a hat, and 19 check-ins earns you a tote bag or an insulated lunch bag. THE 20 MINUTE SCENIC ROUTE TO PUT-IN-BAY | |

MILLER FERRY
Miller Ferry operates the only passenger/vehicle ferries to the Lake Erie Islands of Put-in-Bay (South Bass Island) & Middle Bass Island. All ferries depart from the tip of Catawba (end of SR 53). They offer five free parking areas, group discounts, free passage for pets, convenient motorcycle and bicycle transportation, and ADA accessibility.
Miller Ferry to Put-in-Bay is a picturesque, relaxing ride lasting less than 20 minutes. They offer the lowest fares (Put-in-Bay one way adult: $9, child 6-11 yrs: $1.50, 5 yrs. and under free) and the most frequent trips, with ferries every half hour in the summer.
Miller Ferry to Middle Bass Island offers a scenic 40 minute ferry ride. Vehicle reservations are required and taken up to two weeks in advance by calling 800.500.2421. No reservations are necessary for passengers.

The Fellows Riverside Gardens is a free public garden located in the city of Youngstown. Yes, I said free. The twelve-acre display garden includes a collection of seasonal bulbs, flowering beds, flowering trees and shrubs, and beautiful walkways; along with scenic views, a delightful garden shop, a gallery, a library, and a seasonal garden café.
Pair with The Butler Art Institute of American Art (also free admission) for a full day of art and gardens.
