Businesswomen's Opportunity Fund

The Businesswomen’s Opportunity Fund is a need-based fund created with the intention of giving back to the community by helping greater Cape Ann women achieve their business and career goals. We welcome applications from women who are pursuing undergraduate education, a certificate program or any form of specialized training. We also welcome applications from women who would benefit from a particular Business Essential (store fixtures, technology, software, etc.) or Professional Services (financial or legal consult, etc.) that would help to advance their objectives.

The Businesswomen’s Opportunity Fund is in honor of Carolyn M. O’Connor, the first Chairwoman of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber’s Businesswomen’s Committee.

Did you know you can request a specific 3-Number or 4-Number Cape Ann License Plate?

If a Cape Ann License Plate number is still available, we can help you get it! Maybe it's a number that reminds you of someone or something special - like the founding year of a business!

To learn more about how you can request a specific plate number, contact Sam Bevins at sam@capeannchamber.com.

Cape Ann Animal Aid Pet of the Week

Hi there I’m Onyx! I’m a super friendly 7-year-old with a huge heart. I am part of the Extended Stay Club here at the Christopher Cutler Rich Animal Shelter, 4 Paws Lane in Gloucester, so my adoption fee is waived. I get along with everyone, love to snuggle and give head bumps. I would love to join a home with another feline friend. I had some dental work and an upper respiratory infection so I might be predisposed to URIs in the future so I might just need to see my vet a little more often than my other feline friends might. If you have the love and dedication to give me, submit an application today so we can meet up and I can reward you with endless affection. Visit www.capeannanimalaid.org for more information about me and all the other animals waiting for homes here at the Christopher Cutler Rich Animal Shelter, 4 Paws Lane in Gloucester.
