Coming of Age and the High School Youth Group will be taking the summer off, and Nate will be on a summer leave of absence starting June 19. See you in September!
Our Whole Lives Fall 2023 team Angi & Eileen & Maria & Matthew & Matty & Patrick and Faith Formation Lead Heather

We had three, 8- hour days of OWL training for teachers this past weekend. Our six new teachers have explored the Our Whole Lives program and are a wonderful team. Stay tuned for how we will be implementing this into our curriculum this fall.

The photo on the right is our new teacher team standing on the outdoor steps that lead up to the new K-1; 4-6 OWL classroom: Angi Haen, Eileen O'Reilly, Maria Mendoza Smith, Matthew McPartland, Matty Henry, Patrick Olivieri, and Faith Formation Lead, Dr. Heather Hamilton.
Today is our Summer Solstice concert, and that will be the close of minister-led, in person services for this fiscal year. The following Sunday, June 26, everyone is invited to participate in the UUA's General Assembly service. And then after that, we will once again enjoy lay-led services - in person only - through until September 4.

The Worship Associates have done a fabulous job planning out a terrific summer for us. Click HERE for the upcoming Summer Services schedule.

Please note that summer services will not be broadcast live: our tech team needs a break just like everyone else! The sermon will be taped and the tape available later that same week. In addition, we will not be sharing the Order of Service on Saturday mornings in your email boxes: you'll get your paper copy from an usher before services begin.

Take good care, happy summer, and we'll see you July 3 and beyond!
Congratulations to all the past Leading Light Award recipients who were recognized at last Sunday's service. This award was first put in place in September 2018 to celebrate and recognize and yes - inspire! - wonderful volunteer efforts. There have been a number of great honorees since 2018! If you weren't able to see the service last week and acknowledge folks in person, here is the list for you to peruse:
We extend our condolences to the family of Marianne Gjersvik, a long-time member who died last Saturday. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, at the church, at 2:00 PM.
