WORSHIP SERVICE: 10:00 AM
"IN MEMORY OF HER" - REV. DR. JOHN MOREHOUSE
women's rights are human rights
In this service John asks us to consider how the lives of women have shaped who we are now and who we can become. The autonomy of women is critical to our becoming more spiritual and the future of our planet. The denial of that autonomy is an injustice that cannot stand.

Click HERE for the Order of Service. The service will be in person and virtual; attendance guidelines are HERE. Broadcast of the service is available at uuwestport.org/livestream. Offering can be made on VENMO ("The Unitarian Church in Westport"), on vop.tucw.org, or feel free to mail in cash or check.

Faith Formation Celebration Service
Faith Formation
Please click HERE to find out more about our Faith Formation programs, or contact Nate Pawelek. All are always welcome to be with us. Nursery care is available for babies and toddlers at 9:45 AM.
High School Youth Group 2023
There will be no Faith Formation classes this Sunday due to the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend. That said, if you are a kid (6th grade and younger) and are in town and not doing anything, come to UU Westport on Sunday! We will be piloting a session of Summer Fun & Games 2023 with a craft project and playground fun!

Look how happy our High School Youth were after last Sunday’s worship service, led by the youth themselves. Congratulations on a great service! You rock!
LOOKING AHEAD: Don’t miss our exciting year-end Faith Formation Celebration next Sunday, June 4. We will feature our children and youth and all the amazing things we did and learned during the year, including video montages, music, a simulated class for K-5th graders, and a special ceremony to honor our graduating seniors. Following the service, there will be a special Faith Formation Family picnic!

Beginning Sunday, June 11 and continuing until Labor Day in September, we will offer Summer Fun & Games 2023 to rising 6th graders and younger during the summer worship services. We are looking for adult volunteers to sign up to help. If you are interested, contact  Nate Pawelek. This is a great way to get to know our amazing children!
MEMORIAL SERVICE: THIS TUESDAY, MAY 30, 10:00 AM
Rev. Dr. Debra Haffner invites all to a Memorial Service for her mother, Harriet Haffner Hetherington, this Tuesday, May 30th at 10:00 AM in the Sanctuary.

Harriet was a long time member of the congregation, and her daughter, Debra, was our Endorsed Community Minister for many years. Debra and her mother are much beloved here. May we hold all who knew Harriet in the light.

SUNDAY FLOWERS ARE A WELCOME GIFT FOR US ALL TO ENJOY
It can be a wonderful gesture to donate flowers for our Sunday services. A traditional hanging basket, or flowers of your own choosing that you bring to us, are both great options. Take them home with you after the service. Please reach out to Ruth Fontilla to get the process going. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Please wear your nametag on Sunday mornings. If you've lost yours, let an usher know, and we'll get a new one made up for you. Or you can contact Ruth in the office.
