The GT3 is the top of the line of Porsche 911 offerings, giving drivers the 911’s best track performance and resale value. Offered here is a 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 painted an exquisite Midnight Blue Metallic complemented by a natural gray leather interior. The seller purchased this vehicle from Kip Sheward Motorsports in Novi, MI eighteen years ago. In total, the car has been driven only 20,312 miles and has not been tracked. Additionally, this GT3 has seen virtually no rain and is stored winters.
This GT3 is completely stock. It is powered by a 3.6 liter flat six cylinder Mezger engine (no IMS bearing) which has titanium connecting rods and is 44 pounds lighter that the standard Porsche engine. This rear mounted race-based motor produces 380 horsepower at 7,400 rpm and is connected to a 6 speed manual transmission. The car will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.0 seconds and has a top speed of 190 mph. The car uses the GT2 track tuned suspension to enhance cornering. Options include xenon headlamps, metal door sills with GT3 logo, leather covered steering column, Porsche crests in the front seat headrests, deviated stitching on the front seats, aluminum package, rear center console painted exterior color, front floor mats with Porsche insignia and aluminum instrument panel dials.
The car is equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport tires with approximately 3,000 miles of use. Virtually all service has been done by Fred Lavery Porsche in Birmingham, MI and records are included. The 20,000 mile service was performed on May 6, 2024 including an oil change and a complete detailing. The car has a clean Carfax with no accidents or damage reported. Additional items that come with the car include a car cover and a Battery Tender.
