UNEMPLOYMENT UPDATE:
If you are still awaiting reimbursement for the following: Anchor Tax Refund, Income Tax Refund, or Repayment of Funds. If you have not received the above be sure to call the numbers below to refile. Representatives from the NJ Department of Labor will then contact you directly to rectify the issue.
Please email Victoria Pacheco at vpacheco@jneso.org by June 18, 2024, detailing exactly what you are owed (i.e. UI benefits, Anchor Tax Refund, Income Tax Refund, or a Repayment of Funds). This will enable us to compile a more recent list of what is owed to our members.

WAGE INCREASES:
You should have received your contractual 3% Wage Increase effective May 5th. We have been informed that that did not happen, so a class action grievance has been filed on your behalf. Please be sure to check your May 31st paycheck for accurate retroactivity. If you did not receive it, please notify us immediately. Remember to check your pay stubs for any inaccuracies as we have seen additional payroll issues in recent weeks. Contact your Labor Rep. Victoria Pacheco with any questions.
