JNESO FILED AN UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE WITH THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD (NLRB) REGARDING SIGN-ON BONUSES

JNESO met with management and insisted that the only way JNESO would agree to any sign-on bonus is if SMMC offers an equal retention bonus for all members. We filed an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
