The Negotiating Committee has met with Management each week for the last three weeks to exchange proposals. The Union has presented most non-economic proposals to Management and plan to present economic proposals over the next week. Any “give-back” proposals by Management have already been rejected by our team.
Your contract has been extended for 21 days in the hopes of reaching an acceptable agreement to present to the members. However, we will keep you abreast of any issues that arise that may need membership action.
