RATIFICATION BONUS: Should have been included in your December 29, 2023, paycheck.
WAGE INCREASES & RETRO PAYMENTS should be received in your January 26, 2024, paycheck.
WAGE INCREASES & RETRO PAYMENTS FOR ALL FULL-TIME & PART TIME:
- Employees will be placed on the Wage Guide, based on credited years of RN experience.
- If placement on the scale does not equate to an increase to the full-time and part-time employee’s base wage rate of at least six (6%) percent, increase, the full-time and part-time employee will receive an increase of six (6%) percent to the employee’s base wage rate, retroactive to the first full pay period after August 15, 2023.
- Retroactive to the first full pay period after August 15, 2023, step increases are included in the annual increase.
WAGE INCREASES & RETRO PAYMENTS FOR PER DIEM EMPLOYEES:
Effective January 1, 2024:
- Weekday Day at $51.00;
- Eve/Night $55.92;
- Weekend Day $52.00;
- Eve/Night for $64.73.
OPEN ENROLLMENT: JNESO is awaiting confirmation when Open Enrollment will take place, until then all coverage remains the same.
