Selection and Development of School Leaders
Presented by: TargetSuccess

TargetSuccess offers a range of tools and solutions related to personnel selection and leadership development. In this presentation we will talk about analytical/predictive tools for selection, measurement of progress, and development of school leaders.  These tools have been developed and proven over 30 years and are based on researched behavioral characteristics we call "Attributes" (similar to ISSLC-style "dispositions").

 A few key aspects of the TargetSuccess system include:
 *               Researched measurable attributes
 *               Aligns with ISSLC
 *               Online and easy to use
 *               Easy to integrate with your program
 *               Cost effective
 *               Highly responsive USA-based support
