Namaste. Many of our dearest friends in the San Diego area were not able to commit to the entire four days of the retreat, so we have redesigned it so that people can come for one, two, three OR all four days. We will be at a beautiful estate in La Costa, which specific themes for each day! This includes:
- Friday: CREATING & MANIFESTING the Longing of Your Heart!
- Saturday: Sub-Personality and Shadow Work, ACCEPTING, HONORING & MANAGING ALL PARTS OF OUR SELVES;
- Sunday: Mastering EMPATHY for yourself & others
- Monday: Live Love Coaching with Scott & Emily, especially valuable if you want to receive coaching and/or learn the skills of Relationship Coaching.

DETAILS ABOUT EACH DAY and HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE:
THE CORE GROUP are those people who are attending Friday through Sunday and optionally Monday. Each morning, we will have a breakfast meeting together to connect in and share about our process. The Core Group will be the group that works on MANIFESTING something powerful in their life through the process of the Retreat.
ALL OTHERS will be welcome to join us at 10 AM each day on Saturday through Monday.
FRIDAY will only be open to THE CORE GROUP who are doing the entire weekend. We will go deep into what each person wants to manifest in their life; this practice will ONLY be for those people who are attending the entire retreat. Emily's idea of going Chakra by Chakra to see what needs to be cleared for things to manifest. The day will be filled with deep bonding of this core group.
SATURDAY: 10 am to 10 pm SUB-PERSONALITY and SHADOW WORK is the THEME.
This is Emily's great specialty and our favorite topic. We will take people into a journey of getting to know some of their key sub personalities, with a primary theme of learning to ACCEPT, HONOR and MANAGE all aspects of Self. In the evening, we will have an AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION FORUM for any Sub-Personality to express them self.
SUNDAY: 10 am to 6 pm BECOME YOUR OWN MASTER OF EMPATHY; 7:30 - 9 PM: Dance Party
Today we will focus on the practice of EMPATHY, including SELF-EMPATHY. It will be a highly participatory day, in which each person will give and receive empathy in different forms.....including one-on-one, coaching style of empathy, and GROUP Empathy. Included on Sunday Night, DANCE with ART LASHBROOK & MARYLEA
MONDAY: 10 am to 6 pm LOVE COACHING with SCOTT & EMILY, Receive and/or Watch Coaching
Learn and Practice the art of Relationship Coaching.....this day will adapt to the specific needs and interests of those who attend. There will be personal coaching from Scott & Emily (and other Love Coaches) for the participants. Q & A on how to Coach, and to build a successful practice.
LODGING is available on a limited basis; purchase the VIP package for guaranteed bed space! All Participants will receive healthy meals, and have access to the Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court & Amenities!

Emily and I are getting really busy and are shifting to most of our work to being online with the LOVE COACH ACADEMY. We offer so much at our retreats and our rates will be going up dramatically after this one! This will also be our last time doing a retreat in the San Diego area in 2015.
