Hello SDSD Family!
I hope you're all enjoying a wonderful start to your summer! As we transition from our exciting recital season to our vibrant summer programs, I want to take a moment to reflect and look ahead.
Firstly, my heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our recital the #BestShowEver! Your support and dedication were truly inspiring, and the performances, of course, spectacular. Our videographer is busy making their final touches to recital video links. To anyone who danced in our 2023-2024 recital, keep your eyes out for our Recital Media Package coming in August which contains a link to all 6 recital performances and your dancer's class photo(s)!
As we move into July, that means the start of our five-week Summer 2024 classes on July 8 is here, and we can't wait to see you all back on the dance floor! We always say that summer is the perfect time for dancers to explore new genres, expand their skills, and stay active.
We also have an exciting line-up of summer events, including SDSD Day Camps, Fine Arts Club, an Acro Clinic, and our remaining free local performances: the Bellport Day Festival (12pm), and our annual SDSD Bellport Dock Show (7pm). These events are amazing chances for our dancers share their passion for dance directly with our local community, all while creating unforgettable memories.
Looking ahead, enrollment for our 2024-2025 dance season, starting on September 5, is now open. By enrolling now, you can secure your favorite classes and plan for another amazing year at SDSD. We've ,once again, already assigned classes to specific June 2025 recital performances for your convenience, making it easier to plan your year and enjoy next year's show!
