Happy 'love' month from all of us here at Stage Door School of Dance! I hope you all are feeling the dance love as we continue to groove our way through the dance season. We've got some thrilling updates and events to share with you for February, so get ready to be inspired!
The time has officially come, and we are thrilled to unveil our recital theme, "In My Dance Era." This year, it's all about celebrating YOU, your incredible SDSD dance journey, and all of the beautiful connections you are making with others through dance! I already know that this recital will be a breathtaking testament to the unity and magic of dance that we hope you all experience here at Stage Door. Speaking of the recital, we have even more exciting recital news to share! Stage Door is always listening, and we definitely heard you! Gone are the days of recital DVDs! We are excited to introduce the Recital Media Package, which grants all recital families digital access to all six shows for the very first time. We are so excited to upgrade your recital experience and now make it even easier for your entire family to enjoy watching your dancer shine, no matter where they are in the world! But that's not all; families will also receive a digital class photo of every single class your dancer performs with, all for a flat rate that's a fraction of past prices. February is all about love AND fun! While there will be no dance classes over our February Mid-Winter Break from February 19–24, we'll be hosting our very own SDSD stay-cation day camp event! We're happy to introduce our brand-new SDSD Day Camp series, starting with the Wowza Luau-za Day Camp from February 19–23 (Monday to Thursday, 9am-3pm) for dancers in grades 1–5. Can't make it this February? Not to worry, we have even more exciting day camps coming up in July and August, for dancers ages 2–5 or in grades 1–5. We're also proud to offer a weDance edition of our July day camp, specially designed for our differently-abled dancers. Learn more about all day camps >>> here.
We aren't done with our fantastic February announcements yet! We've got the SDSD Spa Day on February 3rd, perfect for dancers ages 5-12. And for those ages 7 and up, the TikTok Glow Party on February 17th promises a fast-paced, glow-tastic dance party!
Now is also a great time to start considering if auditioning for the SDSD Elite Company is right for you or your dancer.
