Hi Everyone,

This Saturday March 23rd at 8:30am Pacific time will be “Slow Chi, Fast Results” focusing on the Power of moving slowly through a continuum of Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Movement Therapy. I’ll share a couple of Yang-style sequences that I feel are Universally beneficial, with the goal of “non-stop” movement through the other disciplines as well.
