Let’s kick off June with a “re-June-venating” workout….ha, couldn’t resist…..Anyway, let’s go with it: Rejuvenating CHI, Saturday June 1st at 8:30am Pacific time, in the Chair and Standing, exploring how to move our Chi and retain it, not deplete it.
One of our daily challenges is to “let go of” that which no longer serves us, and “invite in” that which DOES serve us. So, this week we will focus on moving things out and moving higher level Energy IN, for optimal Balance, Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, and Stress-Reduction.
Let me also add that balancing our Chi creates the optimal Space for Health, Wellbeing, Internal Peace, and Healing. See you Saturday!!!🤠
