2022 ANNUAL SUBMISSION YEAR

What does this mean?
For the 2022 grant cycle, Tier II qualification will be based on FY 2019 qualifying annual operating income, qualifying paid attendance, and qualifying free attendance. The qualifying income threshold will continue to remain at $1,748,433.53. These requirements are the same as in 2021.

What will be submitted for the 2022 qualification application?
  • Audited financial statement for FY 2021
  • Most recently filed 990
  • Form A (not required for 2022)
  • Form B (not required for 2022)
  • Form C (not required for 2022)
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
ATTENDANCE TRACKING
Continue tracking in-person and virtual attendance. SCFD requires attendance numbers to be submitted in the Certification portion of the Annual Submission.

Go to your profile to verify and/or update the following:
  • PHONE NUMBER: Provides SCFD staff an important form of contact to reach you with questions. 

Do you have new staff members that need access to the SCFD Grants Portal in Fluxx? Contact a Program Officer for assistance.

Forward This Email To Your Auditor
It is your responsibility to update your auditor informing them of these changes for 2022. For the 2022 SCFD application, auditors will be required to provide you with audited financial statements only.
