Stamford Cradle to Career formally invites you to our Annual Community Partners Convening – Stamford Unites, a Community Collective. Please join us on April 11th from 8:30 until noon at UCONN Stamford. We will share the recent accomplishments of SC2C and provide updates on the integrated supports provided by our community partners. We will also host informative sessions on our Full-Service Community Schools Project, The Youth Mental Health Alliance, Race Equity Measures, and Family Supports available in our community. This will be a great opportunity to collaborate and network with other community partners and learn how to best align the work of supporting Stamford families. A light breakfast will be served and please plan to park either in the Target or the UCONN parking lots for a nominal fee. We would also like to take the opportunity to thank all the students, families and community providers that participated in our two prior Family and Teen events. In collaboration with other family serving organizations, we continue to use information provided to drive our planning of future offerings.

Lastly, Stamford Cradle to Career is proud to present our 2022 Digital Annual Report. Please take a glance at the work of our Community Action Networks, as well what we’ve been able to accomplish through collective impact in Stamford.
