21-Day Comment Period Regarding
ALC Proposed Guideline Changes
The HOA2 Board asks homeowners to read and comment on possible changes to proposed ALC guidelines regarding Article IV8.1 Permits.
CURRENT:
- All ALC Permits: $15 fee & 90-day length.
- Extensions: 30-days - 1st extension fee $25; subsequent extensions fees $50
PROPOSED:
- Major Projects: Pools, casitas, golf cart garages, additions
- Close of Escrow (CoE): Full landscapes required by CC&Rs to be completed in 90-days.
- Minor Projects: all others
- Major Permits: $30 & 180-day length.
- CoE-Full Landscapes: $15 & 90-day length.
- Minor: $15 & 90-day length.
- Extension: $15 & 90-day length.
