The Toyota HBCU New York Classic makes its return to MetLife Stadium in New Jersey Saturday, September 14, 2024, featuring a thrilling match-up between Morehouse College and Howard University - two historic institutions renowned for their excellence both on and off the field. This exciting showdown promises an afternoon of intense football action, showcasing the exceptional talent and determination of these student-athletes.
With its return comes the Toyota HBCU New York Classic Education Day, which provides students the opportunity to learn more about the importance of furthering their education and to explore and discover the exciting programs and experiences HBCUs have to offer. Students will hear from speakers and sponsors during an opening program, followed by a college fair with HBCU institutions, sponsors, and other educational vendors.
The 2024 Toyota HBCU New York Classic Education Day - New Jersey will be held Wednesday, September 11th, from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Kean University's Hardwood Arena in Union, NJ. Students in attendance will include high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors from New Jersey and surrounding areas, as well as some local community college students looking to transfer to a four-year institution.
