Hi, everyone.

Another great week in our S2 Online Academy World finished... and another one about to commence. A few changes in our weekly schedule, so please make sure you read through the details carefully below. Also, if you don't do it already, it's well worth checking out our Instagram account on a daily basis, as we'll post updates and information on both the feed and story. The coaches are all very impressed with the application and concentration our S2ozzies are showing online and we'll certainly be ready to jump back on court as soon as it is socially responsible.

Details on our virtual squads this week...

Squad kickoff time will remain at 3:30pm each day and the squads will run between 45-60 minutes.

The S2 Squash Online Academy basic details remained unchanged. ZOOM is our online home and our meeting ID will always be 499-499-2222. Additionally, make sure you're following our new Instagram page - s2squashonlineacademy for updates, codes and details.

Monday - Full Body Circuit for all S2 members.
Be dressed in athletic attire, and if possible we'd like you to have a 12ft by 12 ft space. Make sure you're hydrated and ready for an intense physical training session!

Tuesday - S2 Psychology Session for Gold and Platinum SAS Squads.
We have the next installment in our S2 Squash Psychology Curriculum. A quiet background, a second device if possible, pen and paper... and bring your brains.

Wednesday - Yoga with Danielle for all our S2 members.
We are lucky to have Ms. Danielle running everyone's favorite off court!

Thursday - Scoz90x for SAS Gold and Platinum Squads.
We continue our Scoz90x training, make sure you're fueled, hydrated and ready for a tough physical session. The usual 12ft by 12ft area would be ideal, but everything can be adapted to the smallest spaces!

Friday - Psychology Session for all S2 members.
A recap on our S2 Concentration Workshop. A quiet background, a second device if possible, pen and paper... and bring your brains.

Saturday - S2ozzie Fitness and Trivia Squad for all S2 members.
The highlight of the week, so bring brains and legs!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone this week in our Zoom Squads. Fingers crossed that Governor Wolf has us back on court in the near future, the Coaching team are all ready, the plans have been made and we're going to come back better and stronger than ever!

Psych workout of the week - S2 Home Concentration Challenge!
We've had a bundle of challenges in the past few weeks - now we move to psychological skills. Last week we started with number grids and this week, get ready for Part Deux. Number grids are a great way of practicing your concentration skills, and are a little like a "home BATAK". You can read about this weeks challenge on the blog here.
Physical challenge of the week!
Jumping rope is one of the best ways of training cardio and co-ordination. This weeks physical challenge is to count how many repetitions of jumping a rope you can manage in one minute! Record one minute of jump rope, DM it to our insta and set the scene. Scozzie merch for the top boy and top girl - we have limited shirts, but they're going no-where at the moment!
