Temporary Closure of S. Mallory Street

On-ramp to I-64 East

On-ramp closed from 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 29 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, June 30

HAMPTON – Crews performing Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) Expansion Project construction work will temporarily close the S. Mallory Street on-ramp to I-64 east beginning at 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 29 and continuing until 9 p.m. on Sunday, June 30.

As part of the project’s widening work for I-64 in Hampton, the S. Mallory Street on-ramp to I-64 east will be temporarily closed to allow for paving of the ramp. During the temporary closure, all traffic (including emergency vehicles) should detour to the Settlers Landing Road on-ramp to access I-64 east.

From S. Mallory Street, take I-64 west to Exit 267 Woodland Road.
Turn left onto Settlers Landing Road
Take the next left for I-64 east

Motorists are urged to remain alert when driving in this area. All construction schedules are pending weather or unforeseen circumstances.
