Getting to know the Rutgers IT Help portal

The Rutgers IT Help portal is here. Students, faculty, and staff can take IT help into their own hands with the new, robust self-service system. The portal allows users to report IT issues, search for answers to questions about IT at Rutgers, and request IT services and equipment. There is also a Rutgers IT Help portal communications toolkit available to IT staff with helpful resources like email templates, talking points, screenshots, screen captures, and more.

Helping students get their tech questions answered

How do I activate my NetID? Where can I get started with Rutgers Connect? Those are some of the most common tech questions that the OIT Help Desk receives at the start of each semester. Check out the answers and IT support tips you can share with members of the Rutgers community.

Adobe training aims to bring digital creativity to the classroom

Adobe Academic Essentials, Adobe’s free webinar training series on Creative Cloud, is available just in time for the start of the academic year. The series, which promotes integrating digital creativity into classrooms, features several workshops dedicated to discussing different features of Creative Cloud.
