A note from our Executive Director...

We are so excited for the Rustic Love Hearts and Home Mural to be painted this Fall! Thank you to the 69 sponsors who contributed towards this historic mural. From businesses to in-memorium hearts, from non-profits to families and individuals, we saw so much generosity towards our mission to help the food-insecure in our area - all via hearts on a beautiful new mural in downtown Vienna! We would love to give one more shout-out to Commonwealth Home Design who owns the building we are painting on, and talented mural artist Teresa Ahmad for bringing her vision to this mural!

We have three sponsorable hearts left. All three are at the $2,500 "Beloved Sponsor" Level. As is with our other initiatives, we will be soliciting volunteers to help with the mural painting. The dates for painting will be dependent upon cooperative DMV-area weather and the availability of our artist. Rustic Love is in charge of staffing one of the beer tents at Oktoberfest in downtown Vienna on Saturday, October 5. We receive a $1,000 donation to our organization in exchange for staffing this tent -- that's 48 total volunteers.
