Once you placed your order, we aim to process it and get it sent out as quickly as possible!

• We ship nationally, including Hawaii. We also ship to Canada. 

• The arrival time frame is heavily dependent on where the customer is located, the size of the order, as well as how soon you need your products.

• For example, if you are based in FL you can usually get your order 1 day after we begin processing it, depending on the order size; a customer in Boston or Chicago could take 3 days after we begin processing it.

• Typically, orders that come in on Mon/Tues can get sent out that week, while orders coming in on Wed-Fri may need to go out the following week.

• We will confirm all orders received by email or phone to ensure we can accommodate your needs. 

• All orders are generally shipped via FedEx Ground, but we can also use UPS if you request. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

• The shipping cost is not calculated until the order is packaged and weighed before shipping.
