Join CEO Robert Forster, PT,  Ron Berry, PT, and Jacob Lee, EP and Head of Exercise Science on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 6:30 PM for a comprehensive review of your marathon training schedule, structural preparedness, and nutrition/hydration plan: what's working for you, and where you may need some extra help.

You will rotate through three stations, and be provided actionable information, guidance, and changes to help you reach your highest level of performance - injury free!

Participants will rotate through three stations to evaluate readiness in three key areas

STATION 1

Station One:

Robert Forster PT
will evaluate posture, flexibility, alignment, and your susceptibility to injury, and will teach you corrective exercises.

STATION 2

Station Two: Jacob Lee, Head of Exercise Science, will review your training plan, and assess your hydration and nutrition strategies, and provide essential guidance.
STATION 3

 

Station Three: Ron Berry, PT will assess each participant's running mechanics and provide on the spot corrections and drills to resolve any deficiencies in your gait.
