Try the Roseda farm recipe for BBQ beef (see below) and you won't be disappointed! Our recipe is perfect for the whole family and the leftovers are great!

Pulled Beef Barbeque
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked Roseda Farm chuck roast 1 cup catsup
1 medium onion 2 TBSP. brown sugar
2 TBSP. Vinegar 1 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce
½ c. meat stock - from the cooking pan
Directions:
Cook chuck roast in the oven in a Dutch oven or cooking bag at 350 degrees or in a crock pot until well done. Usually takes 3 hours. Shred the beef and mix all the above ingredients well. Simmer over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve on buns. Can be made ahead and warmed up in a crock pot. Makes 4-6 servings.
