TEEP Summer Kick Off

This year marks TEEP's 24th anniversary! We're happy to welcome 50+ middle and high school students for a summer packed with academic and social emotional skill building opportunities. TEEPers will develop confidence, self-efficacy, community connectedness, and resilience in a fun and supportive community.

TEEP kicked off their summer adventures with a Duck Boat tour of Boston last week! Students are looking forward to Friday visits to Blue Hills, a tour of Boston College, and a trip to the New England Aquarium in the weeks ahead.

Healing, Full Circle

Healing, Full Circle: Restorative Practices with Trinity@McCormack

Want to learn more about what restorative justice looks like in practice? Watch our new video Healing, Full Circle.

Restorative justice is a trauma-informed approach to accountability, rooted in indigenous cultures, that maintains connection to community. Before a community can repair harm, they must spend time building relationships and mutual trust. One of the ways Trinity Boston Connects does this is through the circle process.

Hear directly from staff and students at BCLA-McCormack about how Trinity@McCormack's restorative practices have impacted their school.

Boston's Run to Remember

After spending the whole school year training, 200+ students and 70+ volunteers cheered, ran, and inspired each other during their goal race, Boston's Run to Remember, on May 28th! We're so grateful to everyone who supported our crew on race day, and we're so proud of our Run to Remember Heroes!

Up next: Sole Train will be offered to TEEPers this summer. Then, we'll see you at the Sole Train 5K on Saturday, October 28th!
