Fall is knocking on our door. Can you feel it? I am noticing more "monkey mind" coming in (especially in the middle of the night). I love fall, but it's hard to let summer go. Staying with our practice of yoga will help with the turbulence that often comes during seasonal transitions. For pranayama practice I recommend alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana). I find it to be very grounding and balancing. Cat Cow is a lovely flow for this time of year. I practice it every day. It helps keep the spine flexible and gives our internal organs a massage. I hope you have a relaxing and fun Labor Day Weekend. Let's keep calm and carry on.
