10:45 am - Teams travel to starting holes

11:00 am - Tournament start

3:30 pm - 19th Hole reception opens

Dinner buffet is open

Listen to the guitar sounds of Timothy Price

4:00 pm - Short Program/ Awards

4:30 pm - Ball Drop

5:00 pm - Conclusion
