Hello Sara,

We would like to thank everyone for a wonderful start to the Summer Chamber Season!

We got started this June 1 and 2 with the Business Trade Show on the Peninsula. Thank you to all who dedicated time and resources in putting it together.

At the rescheduled Mayor Megan Knight: White Rock State of the City we heard the Mayor's strategic priorities for our wonderful City by the Sea.

Our Board of Directors hosted our Annual General Meeting at the Rotary Field House on June 26.

25th Business Excellence Awards

A group photo of all the Finalists at the 25th Business Excellence Awards VIP Reception on June 27th

What a fantastic evening!

The White Rock Community Centre was truly transformed with the collaborative efforts of Chamber staff and volunteers alongside the expertise of Yasmin and Abby of Forevery Occasion and Confetti Creative Celebrations Ltd.

Mark Madryga of Global BC fame emceed the ceremony with flair and Magik Moments Photobooth provided wonderful printed photos for our guests to take home. Everyone enjoyed a complimentary drink courtesy of TBMS Warehouse Inc. Guests were treated to beautiful piano and vocal stylings by Jani Jakovac. The food by Sheila's Catering Co. was exquisite and the desserts by Fixnit and Java Express-White Rock were delicious.

For the first time, our Chamber staff created luminary videos of each Finalist, filmed at Aspira Pacifica. We worked with We Film Events to project them in a captivating display on stage for the awards ceremony.

Thank you to all of our generous sponsors and partners for helping us to create this magical evening, celebrating the business community of South Surrey and White Rock.
