Update to the 2024 Income Tax rate

On July 3, 2024, Governor McMaster signed the 2024-25 state budget into law. It includes Proviso 118.23, which reduces the top marginal Income Tax rate to 6.2% for Tax Year 2024.

  • Taxpayers who are taxed at the top marginal rate may choose to adjust their 3rd quarter (due September 16, 2024) and 4th quarter (due January 15, 2025) estimated payments.
  • Any overpayments will be returned to taxpayers as a refund.

New form requirement for Liquor Producers

Effective with the August 2024 alcohol license renewal, Liquor Producers must submit a new ABL-107B for their registered liquor representative with their renewal.

If you're renewing on MyDORWAY, you must upload your completed ABL-107B as an attachment.
