Our Speakers

George Khalaf

George serves as President of Data Orbital and Managing Partner of The Resolute Group. For the last decade he has leveraged his political instincts, data expertise and strategic relationships to advance conservative clients and causes throughout Arizona and a growing number of states. He believes conservative policies create thriving communities and wants to arm conservative candidates and organizations with the best data, messaging, and strategy.

When he is not tracking local and national political developments and advising clients, George enjoys traveling with his family and spending time with his two boys.

John Kavanagh

John has served in the State Legislature since 2007, representing most of us in LD3 and 4 at one time or another. One of our most reliable conservative legislators, background in law enforcement and degrees in Government and Criminal Justice.

Tracy DuCharme

Tracy was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1981. She grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Arizona in 1992 to attend Arizona State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Justice Studies. This is where she began her love of politics as Vice President of the College Republicans and worked on her first political campaign.

Tracy has been very active as a speaker and educator throughout Arizona speaking to many conservative clubs, groups and organizations.

Tracy currently lives in Chandler Arizona with her husband and her 2 children

Pamela Carter

Fourth-generation Arizonan whose great-grandfather immigrated from Mexico to work in the copper mines in the Globe area. Owner of the largest sports medicine and weight training facility in the nation at one time, her experience in fitness led to a national television program which aired for 18 years on TBN. She currently serves on the board of Help 4 Kidz, a great group that has received several Presidential awards for their work in reaching at-risk youth and families.

Paradise... the place to be

Paradise: this patch of ground in the Sonoran Desert we call Home. We hope you will call Paradise Republican Women's Club your home, too. We welcome everyone: past, current, and new members alike. Our meetings are lively with guest speakers who bring us a variety of interesting presentations, designed to illuminate and entertain. The buffet brunch never disappoints.

2024 has been a year of transition. We have updated our look and started a Book Club. As we move into 2025, we hope to learn more about our members' interests and create opportunities for additional activities.

Ballot Propositions

Spread the word to friends and family

AZ Free Enterprise Club (https://azfree.org) is informing and educating Arizonans about the 14 propositions that will be on the General Election ballot, November 30.

Charmaine Roth, AZ Free Enterprise Club Region Leader, is available for presentations in your home.

Ballots are mailed out on October 7.

Dates: last 2 weeks of August, the month of September, and the first 1-2 weeks of October.

The presentation is an hour long, includes a power point with handouts.
Minimum of six guests is required to schedule.
