Venues/Rooms will be automatically reserved on a first-come first-served basis.

Memorial Union Rooms 318, 360, 308, 354, 313, 314, booths and sidewalk are automatically reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Multicultural Student Services Center, Edwards, Quad, Atrium 1&2, Senate Chambers, Gallery & The Ballroom are all 'requestable' spaces, meaning your request needs approval prior to confirmation.
