Low-to-moderate income homeowners and renters whose primary residence was located in a High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone in a qualifying wildfire disaster area as follows:
- 2018: Butte, Lake, Los Angeles and Shasta Counties.

2020: Butte, Fresno, Los Angeles, Napa, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano and Sonoma Counties.
- Wildfire recovery agencies and organizations.
- Real estate professionals.
- Residential service providers.
- Fire departments.
- Members of the media.
Community participation is vital in supporting the recovery efforts and spreading awareness about the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program.
Highlights of the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program:
- Financial assistance up to $350,000.
- Forgiveness of financial assistance after five years.
- Accessibility for applicants with varying credit histories.
Interpreter Services Available:
To ensure inclusivity, interpreter services will be available upon request. Attendees are encouraged to indicate their preference for interpreter services during the free ticket reservation process.

The ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program is provided by the California Department of Housing and Community Development, funded by a HUD Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery grant and managed by GSFA.
