LIBRARY BEACH BATHROOM FACILITY RENOVATION

(RFP 24-13)

Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting: 1:00 p.m. June 18, 2024 at the Project site

Bid Submittal Deadline: 3:00 p.m. July 9, 2024

Islamorada, Village of Islands (the “Village”) is seeking formal proposals from qualified contractors to complete a full renovation and upgrade of the public restroom facility at the Library Beach Park (the "Project").

The Village recently replaced the playground equipment at Library Beach Park to provide an inclusive amenity for residents and visitors. The public bathroom at the Park is approximately 420 square and is in need of updating and upgrading. Renovation of the bathroom facility would complete the Village’s intent to provide an updated and accessible park facility and improve the experience of visitors

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for this RFP will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Library Beach Park, 81850 Overseas Hwy., Islamorada, FL 33036. The park is located behind the Islamorada Branch of the Monroe County Public Library. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory.
