As a reminder, only the text format is available for the manual. Follow this link for the revision history for this version.
REMINDER: The 2012 Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Database and Manual, version 2.2, is to be used for all hematopoietic and lymphoid cases diagnosed 1/1/2012 and forward. Registrars do not need to review cases previously submitted to their regional registry.
