As a short break from the headlines, and as a member of the "repentance family," look what the LORD has NOW done in Malawi: earlier this week we shared the powerful testimony of Joseph Kazembe and the OUT training; now this is another Malawi Miracle report from Pastor Edward Mikwamba. For twelve days, in five separate areas of Malawi, pastors came together in fresh teams of unity, with 15 key speakers, to hold powerful repentance gatherings for thousands. Here are highlights from Pastor Edward's report:
It was an ambitious project for the Repentance Gideons!!! We had 5 months of planning ahead The project was huge Feeding conference participants and the speakers Housing international and local speakers was also a challenge
But we thank the Global Day of Repentance and Africa kneels for standing with Us in all the process Thanks Holy Spirit for using Us TEAM WORK Malawi Repentance team worked in unison: Edward Mikwamba, Joseph Kazembe, Albert Izeki, Sylvester Chabuka, Jamal and others we worked as a team
In Balaka Jamal helped with video production and also assisted transportation with other 5 international repentance speakers Psalm 133
In Lilongwe Joseph mobilized His church for Us and Sega from Botswana to speak
He also provided meals for Us He came to saturday repentance conference in Dedza and spoke to the congregation on OUT and Repentance
OTHER REPENTANCE VISITORS Police, chiefs and community leaders also graced the repentance summit
LOCAL CONFERENCE COORDINATORS They were cooperative
Bishops Robert in Chikwawa, Bishop Mind in Balaka, Bishop Evans in Balaka, Bishop Sellina in Thyolo, Bishop Julius in Dedza. Enemy wanted to disturb the mission but failed. It's timely that the speakers were part of our repentance ministry
MEALS We never lacked There was daily food provision. Apart from what was sent to local coordinators for maize and salads we bought cooking oil, rice, plates and cups for the whole conference; we prepared own food stuffs to beat hyper inflation in Malawi
TRANSPORTATION Was a challenge for 15 speakers Limbani Mikwamba gave Us two cars Third vehicle we were hiring Jamal also helped Lugede also bought few liters of fuel Limbani paid some of hotel bills

He then posted this update today:
We all met new ministers of the gospel for multiplication of disciples which is our mandate under JESUS is Coming Ministry and we believe these DEVINE connections will work in future as some of our leaders are called to minister there again. This is the Work of the HOLY SPIRIT, not ours works, we are just vessels. We thank HIM for using us in this Greatest Commission.
Sharing the pulpit with other leaders was awesome as five-fold ministers since iron sharpens another to prepare souls for the Coming of the LORD.
The messages on repentance were powerful and uplifting.
Praying for Nations of Africa was great; well executed.
Seeing people accepting CHRIST as their LORD and personal Saviour in all regions where we did Alter calls and it was exceptional in Balaka rural was our best joyful moment. This was done together with the baptism or people receiving the HOLY SPIRIT. We believe the fruit of the SPIRIT of Galatians 5:21-22 will be evident or manifest.
In Chikwawa many received salvation and the baptism and leaders made a commitment to sponsor a child for school which is only R150 per child per year, leaders may sponsor more than one child in this area. In Balaka specifically, we saw the Outpouring of the HOLY SPIRIT as we saw the Muslim Chief receiving salvation, if the Chief is saved, our prayers is that he will also extend this invitation to his people. Local leaders there promised that they will spread the Word to other villages. They received with gladness. We glorify the NAME of the LORD as witnesses. We pray that followups will continue.
After discipleship through teachings and preachings, commissioning of leaders to preach the Gospel in Africa and to the Ends of the Earth was done through the leading of the HOLY SPIRIT as according to Acts 13:1-5 and Acts 10:38. Of course wherever we went we demonstrated Acts 10:38 so this will continue until on the Day of the Coming of our LORD sharing compassion and the LOVE of GOD to HIS people.We also believe that one church planted will grow, the HOLY SPIRIT will teach and guide these new leaders as it is written in John 16:8-13.
Prison ministry visitation was part of the whole calling. This will continue.
Bringing Christian leaders together from Four different nationalities is not easy, hats off! l salute the covenant brothers Bishop Mikwamba and Chabuka; well done.
We did had challenges there and there but as missionaries we have a GREAT COMMISSION to be fulfilled. GO YE THEREFORE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS. We still need prayers for missionaries. Your prayers are not in vain. If you don't go, partake with prayer or anything.
We bless the LORD for all work done in YHESHUA 'S NAME. Thank you for prayers as well. God bless you in Jesus name from Malawi mission group.
