What happens to my Special Order?
Fortunately, your special order should arrive as scheduled. Upon its arrival, we will call you to arrange for you to pick it up. We will call you if anything changes in regards to your special order.
What happens to my Layaway? The store with your layaway will call you to arrange for your layaway pick up. If you decide you do not want your layaway, the store will charge you a reduced restocking fee of 20% and will arrange for your deposit refund.
What happens to my Transfer from the other store?
You will be able to pick up your transfer starting Friday, February 8th when we re-open to the public with our Store Closing Sale. At that time, you can elect to make your final payment and take your item home or you can return your purchase for your deposit refund.
What happens to my Gift Card or Store Credit? All Gift Cards and Store Credits continue to be valid and able to be used until the Stores close. You also have the option of coming into either store for a refund of your Gift Card balance or Store Credit balance. No refunds can or will be issued once the stores are closed. What do I do if I need to return or exchange something I purchased prior to the Store Closing Sale? Bring your receipt and purchase in its new original condition to either the Tacoma or Renton Store and they will be happy to assist you under our regular pre-closing exchange and return policies.
While shopping the Store Closing Sale for myself, I see another incredible deal but am not sure it will fit my friend or family member. Can I exchange my purchase during the Store Closing Sale?
Yes you can. During the Store Closing Sale, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another item within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. To exchange your purchase, bring your original register receipt and purchase in its new original condition to either Store and they will be happy to assist you with your exchange for a similar item.
What is the return policy during the Store Closing Sale? There are no refunds on purchases made during the Store Closing Sale as "All Sales are Final". However, as mentioned above, we will be happy to exchange your purchase for another item.
How can I pay for my Store Closing purchases? Cash, Debit Card and Credit Card only. Checks will not be accepted.
Are you selling your business equipment and fixtures? Yes we are selling most of our business equipment and fixtures. Please see the on-site Store Liquidator for more information. All equipment and fixtures are being sold "as-is" and are not returnable. Purchases must be paid with cash or debit card.
