The Hamlet at Bear Creek is an existing community for older persons (55+). There are 61 one-bedroom rental apartments, all of which are detached. Availability is limited.

There are 122 one- and two- bedroom, existing rental apartments at the Village at Stratford. These apartments are restricted to senior households, where at least one member of the household is 55 years or older and no-one in the household is under 48 years of age. Limited availability.

Vail Manor, located in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township, Morris County, is an existing 55 and older community that offers 35 moderate units consisting of one- and two- bedroom apartments. Availability is limited.

The Point in Bordentown, a 55 and older community, offers 19 affordable two- bedroom apartments that are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing. Limited Availability.
