We do hope you will join us March 20–22, 2025, at our 71st Annual Meeting. The RSA will hold the conference jointly with the Shakespeare Association of America (SAA). Our two societies will convene at three Boston hotels located close to the Back Bay train station and interconnected by shopping venues: the Sheraton Boston (SAA), Marriott Copley Place (RSA), and Westin Copley Place (RSA).

Submissions to the Annual Meeting can be made by current RSA members. If your membership has lapsed, we’d like to invite you to renew your membership. If you are new to the RSA, please find membership information on this webpage.

As always, please contact the RSA office with any questions.

Our 2025 Research Fellowships Competition is now open. For the 2025 cycle, the RSA will award fellowships of $2,000–$3,750 to scholars working in the field of Renaissance studies (1300–1700). Fellowships are made possible by donations and bequests from RSA members, grants from the American Trust for the British Library and the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, and support from the Virginia Fox Stern Center at Johns Hopkins University. The deadline for applications is September 17, 2024.

Please join us in congratulating the 2024–2025 winners of the grants for innovative teaching projects in Renaissance studies at the high school level:
